Hosted Journey Terms & Conditions

A future reservation or participation will be governed by the accepted Hosted Journey Terms, trip-specific itinerary, package description, pricing, payment schedule, cancellation terms, traveler requirements, waivers, disclosures and booking confirmation. This review draft is not currently being accepted as a live booking contract.

Purpose & Passport™ organizes Hosted Journeys with independent accommodations, carriers, tour operators, activity providers, restaurants, guides and other suppliers. Only services expressly identified as included on the applicable journey page and confirmation are included.

Public Hosted Journeys are 21+ unless a specific journey states otherwise. Travelers must meet the age requirement by departure. Limited written exceptions may be approved internally at the company's discretion and do not change the public rule or create a right to another exception.

Respectful, lawful and cooperative behavior is required. Harassment, discrimination, threats, unwanted contact, violence, illegal or dangerous conduct, intentional damage, excessive intoxication creating a safety or operational issue, and material disruption are prohibited.

Reasonable action may include a warning, removal from an activity, contacting property security or authorities, or removal from the journey where necessary. Resulting personal costs may remain the traveler's responsibility to the extent permitted by law and the final terms.

Subject to applicable law, participation may be refused or ended for fraud, nonpayment, a material terms violation, unlawful conduct, serious safety concerns, harassment, material disruption, property damage or failure to satisfy traveler requirements. This provision will not be applied contrary to anti-discrimination or consumer-protection law.

Hosted Journeys are bundled experiences. Travelers must review What's Included and What's Not Included. Voluntarily declining an included component generally does not create a proportional refund or credit, subject to the final terms and applicable law.

Prices are per traveler unless expressly stated otherwise. Shared-room pricing is per person; solo-room pricing is for the applicable single-occupancy package. The price stated in a confirmed reservation will govern under the final booking terms.

Owner-approved current structures: Bali shared $2,997 with $297 deposit; Bali solo $3,797 with $397 deposit. Ghana shared $3,997 with $397 deposit; Ghana solo $4,797 with $497 deposit. Panama shared $2,797 with $297 deposit; Panama solo $3,797 with $397 deposit. Thailand shared $3,997 with $397 deposit; Thailand solo $4,797 with $497 deposit.

Online reservations and deposits are not active. The trip-specific booking page will control the price accepted at booking once sales are authorized.

A reservation is secured with the deposit for the selected package. The deposit is applied toward the total price. After the deposit, the remaining balance is paid in four equal installments. Installment amounts, payment dates and the final payment deadline are stated in the written reservation confirmation, and the final installment is always due before departure. Paying the balance earlier than the schedule is permitted at any time.

Online payment is not currently available. After availability is confirmed and the applicable booking terms are accepted, Purpose & Passport™ will provide authorized payment instructions directly to the traveler. No payment destination is published on this website, automatic charges are not used, and no card data is collected or stored. Purpose & Passport™ is a DBA of PF Consulting Firm; travel services and PF non-attorney document-preparation services are sold separately, and a PF document-preparation payment identity is not a payment destination for a Hosted Journey.

A failed, declined, reversed, disputed or unpaid installment may result in notice, a cure opportunity where required, suspension of the reservation, release of held inventory, or cancellation of the reservation. Amounts already paid are retained under the non-refundable policy in Section 12. Reinstatement is not guaranteed and depends on remaining availability, supplier commitments and applicable law.

The payment method for Hosted Journeys is not yet activated. Once an owner-approved payment process is in place, any limit, fee or restriction imposed by the traveler's bank or payment provider is governed by that provider and is outside the control of Purpose & Passport™.

All payments, including the deposit and every installment, are non-refundable and non-transferable. This applies to a traveler cancellation for any reason, including a change of plans, a schedule or work conflict, a personal situation, a missed flight, a denied, delayed or insufficient travel document, or a decision not to travel.

Purpose & Passport™ commits funds to accommodations, transportation, experiences and other suppliers on the strength of confirmed reservations, and those commitments are not recoverable. Cancellation requests must use the designated written method. Travel insurance is not included and is highly recommended; a covered cancellation is handled by the insurer. Nothing in this section removes a right that applicable consumer-protection law requires, and the exact policy is shown before payment.

No reservation or payment transfers automatically to another traveler or to another Purpose & Passport™ journey. Any written exception is discretionary and may be limited by supplier identity rules, rooming, permits, deadlines, price differences or administrative costs.

Organizer cancellation is distinct from traveler cancellation. Final obligations will depend on the accepted terms, recoverable supplier funds, consumer-protection requirements, force majeure and governing law. Affected travelers will receive available options and next steps.

Travelers should promptly raise legitimate billing concerns. Purpose & Passport™ may respond to disputes with relevant booking, authorization, policy, communication, itinerary and service records. Nothing here prevents legitimate card-network, financial-institution or statutory rights.

Travel insurance is not included unless expressly stated and is highly recommended. Any policy is controlled by the insurer's coverage, exclusions, limits, eligibility and claims process; Purpose & Passport™ does not guarantee coverage, claim approval or reimbursement.

Round-trip airfare is not included unless expressly stated. Travelers must book the correct airport and dates. Separate flight assistance may be available; airline fare rules govern separately purchased airfare.

Accurate flight details and timely updates are required where transfers are included. Travelers are responsible for costs caused by incorrect airports or dates, unreported changes, or missed designated transfer windows.

Transfers are included only where stated and generally apply at the designated airport on official arrival and departure dates within disclosed requirements. Extensions or other airports may require separately arranged transportation.

Shared accommodation is priced per person. Travelers may book with a known roommate or request matching where offered. Each known roommate must hold the appropriate reservation.

Reasonable matching efforts may be offered under published criteria, but compatibility and a match are not guaranteed. If no match is available, the traveler will be contacted about available options. No complimentary solo-room upgrade is guaranteed.

If a roommate cancels, available options may include reassignment, another match, a paid solo upgrade or another arrangement. Required financial changes must be disclosed and accepted.

Hotels may require a card for holds, deposits, room charges, minibar, damages or other personal expenses. Travelers are responsible for their incidentals and private reimbursement arrangements with roommates.

Property check-in and check-out times control. Early check-in and late checkout are not guaranteed and may cost extra unless expressly included.

Travelers must obtain and maintain the passport, visa, authorization, arrival form, permit, onward-travel, health and other government documents applicable to their circumstances. Purpose & Passport™ does not use a universal six-month passport rule. Requirements vary and must be confirmed with authoritative sources. Denied boarding or entry does not automatically create a reimbursement right.

Purpose & Passport™ is a DBA of PF Consulting Firm. Travel services and PF non-attorney document-preparation services are separate services: travelers who already know the specific document-preparation service needed may separately request PF assistance under PF's own scope, intake, agreement, payment, documents and communications. Purchasing travel is not the purchase of document preparation, and no document-preparation charge is included in a travel package.

PF is not a law firm and does not provide immigration legal advice, legal strategy or representation, or determine which benefit, visa classification, petition, application or legal course a traveler should pursue. Government and PF fees are separate from Hosted Journey pricing.

Travelers must review destination-specific health and entry requirements. Vaccination, testing, health-document, medication and medical costs are the traveler's responsibility unless expressly included. Purpose & Passport™ does not provide medical advice; personal decisions belong with a qualified medical professional.

Journeys may involve walking, stairs, uneven terrain, hiking, boats, swimming, long vehicle travel, heat or humidity. Known material demands should be disclosed where reasonably possible. Travelers assess personal suitability with appropriate professionals.

Travelers should communicate accessibility needs early. Purpose & Passport™ may communicate reasonable requests to suppliers, but accessibility varies across countries, properties, vehicles, boats, historic sites and local infrastructure. Requests will be evaluated rather than rejected through an absolute no-modification rule.

Significant dietary needs and allergies should be disclosed in advance. Requests may be relayed to suppliers, but allergen-free kitchens, no cross-contact, ingredient availability and supplier compliance cannot be guaranteed. Travelers with serious allergies remain responsible for personal precautions.

Schedules, sequence, activities, transportation, venues, excursions or hotels may reasonably change for weather, safety, supplier availability, disruption, government restrictions or local conditions. Where practical, a reasonable substitute will be sought for a materially affected inclusion; hotel substitutions should be reasonably comparable where feasible.

Optional excursions are voluntary, may cost extra, may have third-party terms and are not guaranteed. Independently arranged activities remain under the traveler's arrangements and the provider's terms.

Late arrival or early departure may cause missed transfers, activities, meals or events. Voluntarily or independently missed portions generally are not reimbursed, subject to law and final terms.

A traveler remains responsible when separating from the group itinerary. Independently arranged nightlife, transport, accommodation, excursions or activities do not become Purpose & Passport™ services because they occur during the trip.

Designated hosts may coordinate scheduled activities, communicate updates, facilitate supplier communication and assist with ordinary logistics. Unless separately credentialed, they are not medical professionals, security personnel, attorneys, immigration advisers, therapists, personal assistants or government representatives.

This means reasonable trip-host/support availability during the official journey. It does not guarantee medical care, personal security, legal representation, government intervention, evacuation, airline-disruption resolution or continuous individual supervision. Contact appropriate local emergency services when necessary.

Travelers should promptly report material safety, accommodation, transportation, activity, injury, supplier-service or serious-conduct issues to the designated host so there is a reasonable opportunity to investigate and assist during the journey.

Travelers safeguard luggage, passports, devices, money, jewelry, medication and other belongings. Purpose & Passport™ is not an insurer of traveler property. Loss or theft should be reported to the appropriate property, carrier, supplier or authority.

Independent suppliers may provide flights, hotels, transportation, tours, guides, restaurants, boats and activities. Responsibility depends on the actual relationship and applicable law. These terms do not waive liability that cannot legally be waived.

Travel includes ordinary risks such as illness, injury, accidents, weather, disruption, crime, unfamiliar environments, water activities, wildlife, political or civil events and natural disasters. Additional activity-specific or supplier waivers may apply.

Purpose & Passport™ may reasonably help identify medical, transport, consular, airline, hotel or insurance resources. This does not make the company a medical, government, legal, insurance or emergency-response provider.

A welcoming group environment is the goal, but no particular friendship, dynamic, atmosphere, enjoyment, weather or interpersonal compatibility can be guaranteed.

Any promotional recording requires a separate, conspicuous consent process explaining what may be recorded, likely uses, social-media use, options to decline, and treatment of previously authorized material. No automatic perpetual commercial release is created by this review draft.

Confirmed travelers may receive access to a private trip channel. Harassment, threats, unlawful content, contact-data misuse and sharing another traveler's private information without permission are prohibited. Group-chat access does not authorize public disclosure.

Only information reasonably needed for booking, communication, rooming, transfers, suppliers, traveler needs and journey operations should be collected through approved systems. Sensitive data must not be publicly exposed. No information transfers automatically to PF Consulting Firm; a separate request and consent are required.

Severe weather, disasters, epidemics, war, terrorism, unrest, government action, border closures, restrictions, shutdowns, strikes or other extraordinary events may require modification, rerouting, postponement, shortening, extension, relocation or cancellation. Financial consequences depend on final terms, supplier recoverability, insurance and law; this section does not eliminate rights required by law.

Inactive placeholder. Final limits, caps and treatment of negligence, misconduct, injury, supplier conduct and statutory rights require legal review and may apply only to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Inactive placeholder. Any release must be conspicuous, activity- and jurisdiction-appropriate, and legally reviewed. Separate waivers may be needed for boating, snorkeling, water sports, wildlife, hiking and other higher-risk activities.

Inactive placeholder. Any traveler indemnification must be appropriately limited, legally reviewed and must not shift liabilities that cannot lawfully be transferred.

Inactive placeholder — legal and owner approval required. Purpose & Passport™ must establish its contracting legal entity, principal jurisdiction, governing law, venue, procedure, and any arbitration, class-action or fee terms. No jurisdiction is invented here.

Required registrations and consumer disclosures will be displayed only when verified. No Seller of Travel, ARC, IATA/IATAN, CLIA, ASTA, insurance or bonding credential is claimed by this draft.

The final accepted booking agreement, terms, trip-specific provisions, disclosures and incorporated policies will govern to the extent stated. Changes should be written. Each accepted version must remain identifiable by version, document hash, acceptance time, accepting traveler and booking record, with device information only where lawful.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions should continue to the extent allowed, with modification limited to what is necessary.

Future checkout must require an affirmative, unchecked acknowledgement before payment and record acceptance. This page does not collect acceptance today.

Future acceptance will confirm the opportunity to review price, deposit, schedule, cancellation, inclusions, exclusions, age, rooming, airfare, transfers, entry documents, insurance, itinerary changes, conduct, risks and these Terms before completing a reservation.

The future system must keep Terms versioned, date-stamped, archived when replaced, linked to each booking, affirmatively accepted before payment, downloadable and available in the traveler portal. Admin records must cover traveler, trip, package, versions, acceptance, payment authorization, media consent, waivers, insurance choice, roommate terms and travel-document acknowledgment. An existing booking's accepted Terms must never be silently replaced.

Where appropriate, Hosted Journey Terms, payment authorization, cancellation policy, insurance offer or declination, roommate agreement, media release, activity waiver, entry-requirement acknowledgment, conduct agreement and PF referral consent must be separate and independently versioned rather than hidden in one enormous checkbox.

The final relationship must clearly define company promises, traveler responsibilities, supplier roles and payment consequences; document acceptance; preserve evidence; communicate problems promptly; maintain appropriate insurance and operational records; and comply with applicable Seller of Travel requirements. The goal is a transparent, defensible relationship from reservation through journey completion.
