Current status
Online booking and payment are not active. No deposit, instalment or final payment is accepted through this site today. The terms below describe how bookings and payments will work once those services are authorised and launched.
Booking terms (future)
Once booking is active, a booking will be confirmed only when a deposit is received and each supplier has returned a confirmation. Quoted prices will be held only for the period stated on the proposal.
Payment schedule (future)
For Hosted Journeys, a spot is reserved with the deposit for the selected package and the remaining balance is then paid in four equal instalments, with dates and the final payment deadline stated in the written reservation confirmation. For custom travel, planning and service fees, deposits, instalments and final payment dates are stated on your proposal. A missed payment may result in cancellation of the reservation or supplier cancellation.
Cancellation & refunds (future)
Hosted Journey payments — the deposit and every instalment — are non-refundable and non-transferable, whatever the reason for a traveller cancellation. For custom travel, cancellation terms are set by each supplier and are shown per component before you approve, and agency planning fees are separate from supplier refunds. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Nothing here removes a right required by applicable consumer-protection law.
Supplier responsibility
Airlines, hotels, tour operators and transport providers are independent suppliers responsible for the services they deliver. We act as your agent in arranging them.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance and will present plans from an authorised provider. We are not an insurer and do not underwrite any policy.
Passports & visas
Travellers are responsible for holding valid passports, visas and any required entry documentation. Any travel-requirement information we organize must cite an authoritative source and verification date. It is travel information, not immigration legal advice, and travellers must confirm current requirements with the relevant authority.
Force majeure
We are not liable for disruption caused by events beyond reasonable control, including weather, strikes, civil unrest, health emergencies or supplier failure.
Traveller conduct
Travellers on hosted group journeys are expected to behave in a way that does not endanger or materially disrupt other travellers.
