Itineraries
Every stop, timed and sourced
This is a planning surface, not a brochure. Each day carries addresses, transfers, both currencies and a running budget — and every single figure carries a verification status you can see.

Trip optimization required
Three regions in eleven days — routing review
- • The November 19–29, 2026 family prototype runs Miami → Bangkok → Pattaya → Phuket → Miami. Koh Samui was removed from this itinerary because a fourth region cost another transfer day.
- • Bangkok to Pattaya and Bangkok to Phuket each have several possible routings — air and road combinations. We compare the real options and their times before we commit to one; we do not assume a mode.
- • One requested activity has a minimum-age rule to confirm for a 14-year-old.
Suggested actionReview the southern legs once transfer options are priced and timed, and give the recovered days back to the regions you care most about.

The rule behind every figure
A number is only shown when we can stand behind it
UNRESEARCHED
No figure exists yet. Nothing numeric is shown.
RESEARCHING
An advisor is sourcing it. Nothing numeric is shown.
ESTIMATED
A planning figure, always labelled as an estimate.
VERIFIED
Sourced, dated, signed off, with a recheck date set.
NEEDS REVERIFICATION
Past its recheck date. Treated as stale.
ARCHIVED
Retired. Kept for history, never shown to travelers.
A verified figure carries a source name, source URL, the date it was verified, who verified it and when it must be rechecked. Anything without that record shows "Verification required" — never a number sitting beside a warning.
Behind every line
What we record for each item in your day
- Start and end time
- Venue, full address, neighborhood
- Latitude and longitude
- Telephone, website, booking URL
- Operating hours and recommended duration
- Reservation required, dress code
- Age and height restrictions
- Accessibility and family suitability
- Transportation and meals included
- Cancellation deadline
- Local price and converted price
- Price per traveler and party total
- Distance from previous stop
- Transportation options compared
- Source, verified by, date verified, recheck date
Fares, rates, hours, distances and age rules are never invented. Until each one is sourced and dated — or a mapping and supplier connection is live — the field reads "Verification required" rather than showing a figure nobody checked.
