My Travel Timeline
A countdown to departure with each action in the order it becomes relevant: document review, entry-requirement checks, insurance decision, payment dates, flight and seat selection, excursion reservations, traveler information, transportation, packing and airline check-in.
Passport & Entry Requirement Watch
Passport status, entry requirements, visa or electronic authorization requirements, health requirements, arrival forms and onward-travel requirements. Each item carries its official source, the date it was last verified, its recheck date and its current status.
What Am I Forgetting?

Where the dates come from
No deadline is ever invented
Deadlines involving passports, visas, electronic authorizations, entry forms, health requirements and other government requirements come from the applicable authority, airline, supplier or your own reservation record — never from an assumption. Every requirement is stored with its authority, source link, the date and person who verified it, its recheck date and its status. When something changes, you're told it changed and pointed back to the official source before you travel.
